You’ll want to keep your Garden House in its best condition. We offer maintenance packages to keep your Garden House as it was created.

A scheduled maintenance visit will take care of your Garden room and prolong its lifespan whilst keeping it in pristine condition throughout the year.

Our service team will remind you of the maintenance and arrange a date to suit your timetable.

From the very beginning, we’ll be there to support you.

Maintenance Routine:

Our team will complete the following checks:

Roof inspection

Checking the joints, fixings, and structural integrity of the roof system, and general cleaning of debris. For EDPM systems, one repair is included within the service visit if the repair is within a diameter of 75mm.

Inspection of electrical systems

Includes sockets and lights plus a check of the main fuse board.  2 No bulb changes are included within the service visit.

Gutters and drainage

Gutter clean and inspection with removal of leaves etc. Door alignment and window system checks.

Building integrity

To include foundational checks and a complete review of timber cladding.

Documentation review

Review electrical completion certificates and any associated warranty documents.

Pricing:

Prices start from £395, up to 15 sq.m, and will vary depending upon size and facilities within the building.  Our maintenance team will be able to advise you of the cost.

After the visit:

We shall always provide you with a completion certificate for the maintenance visit and ensure any items requiring work are brought to your attention.

With any maintenance work, there will inevitably be a requirement for modification/ repair or change within the space.  Before any work is undertaken, we shall advise you of the work and provide you with the costs for completion.
