Our garden rooms are not designed to be lived in full-time. If you do require a building that can be lived in, we can design and construct bespoke buildings subject to planning permission and building regulation.

Our garden rooms are built under 2.5m in height, classifying them as permitted development; therefore, planning permission is not normally required. However, if you live in a flat or listed building, planning permission may be necessary. Even so, do not worry! Our experts are experienced in planning permission and are always close at hand to help you have a successful build.
