In the first instance, we shall always advise you of the planning requirements or building control.  The potential complexities of planning requirements and building control are significant for the future integrity and sustainability of your Garden building.

Survey

We conduct a thorough physical site survey for planning applications.  The service includes the dimensional requirements of the site.  This survey allows us to gather data to inform the planning process and ensure your project is feasible and compliant with regulations.

Design

From the physical site survey, we can clarify your design parameters. From the preliminary design sketches, the full building plans can be prepared to include any required alterations or additions.

Application

To complete the planning application process to the Local Planning Authority, the submission shall require detailed scale drawings, completed forms and the submission of fees.
