Design consultancy
From initial contact, we work with you in a considered and creative way to develop a solution to suit your needs. We will share design options regarding the aesthetic feel and the practicality of the proposed solutions. We share our expertise relevant to the planning process and make recommendations to you toward a successful outcome. The design team will discuss both the internal and external design needs of your project with you.
Planning Management
Should your project fall outside the “permitted development” guidelines, we offer a Planning Application Service. Acting as an “agent”, we design, create and submit the appropriate documentation to the local council for sign-off.

Refurbishments and Alterations
Should you have an existing studio or project that requires “re-imagining,” our team can upgrade your space to meet your needs.
Internal Design
Using our Interior design partners, we offer a complete service for your internal needs, including kitchen, bathroom, lighting and soft furnishings.
Garden Room Maintenance
To preserve the quality finish of your project, and outside of the warranties/guarantees of our projects, we offer maintenance contracts to ensure your studio maintains its lustre for a long time. Depending upon the size, we recommend an annual service to check all essential elements of the space.
Landscaping Services
Our team can provide a comprehensive Garden design and landscaping service for soft and hard landscaping.
Whether it’s a space for entertaining friends or enjoying a quiet afternoon in the summer sun, our team of experts brings innovative design and quality materials to the project to create fabulous outdoor spaces that allow our Garden studios and annexes to sit harmoniously within their surroundings.
We would take you through a staged process to truly engage with your surroundings and understand how we may develop a solution that meets your expectations.
Pricing is on application and can be offered separately from the Studio/ Annexe project or together as a turnkey Garden solution.
